All orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Once the tracking info Updates as SCANNED and DELIVERED, at which point We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You must take immediate Action and contact USPS to File a claim if this happens to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this situation. USPS will have to accommodate you further. This also applies to ALL RETURNING PACKAGES AS WELL!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The approximate shipping time are 5-7 business days. A tracking number will be included in your confirmation email.

Once we have dropped off your order at the post office, we have no control over their shipping process. As such, we are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries.


Wrong Shipping Address

Shipping labels are automatically printed through Shopify, with the address you input during your checkout process. Because of this, we are not responsible for items that are delivered to a wrong address or not delivered at all. Please make sure you input correctly the address you need your items shipped to.

Should the package be returned by the USPS, we will notify you so that you can purchase a new shipping label to be able to resend your items. 



Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries across USA, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future. USPS is responding to unprecedented parcel volumes and has suspended all service guarantees, including Express post. Therefore, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate of your parcel's arrival date. Please use the provided tracking information to check online for the most up to date information on the shipment. Delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
We will continue to be here to support you as our customer, before, during, and after the buying & shipping process. However, due to these long and universal delays, we are not able to re-ship orders or flag them for investigation with the same expediency as we were able to prior to the delays associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
