All orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Once the tracking info Updates as SCANNED and DELIVERED, at which point We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You must take immediate Action and contact USPS to File a claim if this happens to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this situation. USPS will have to accommodate you further. This also applies to ALL RETURNING PACKAGES AS WELL!
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The approximate shipping time are 5-7 business days. A tracking number will be included in your confirmation email.
Once we have dropped off your order at the post office, we have no control over their shipping process. As such, we are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries.
Wrong Shipping Address
Shipping labels are automatically printed through Shopify, with the address you input during your checkout process. Because of this, we are not responsible for items that are delivered to a wrong address or not delivered at all. Please make sure you input correctly the address you need your items shipped to.
Should the package be returned by the USPS, we will notify you so that you can purchase a new shipping label to be able to resend your items.
